Mondial
Mondial began life as a brush manufacturer in Florence Italy. The company was started by Attilio Bagnoli in 1908 focusing on industrial brushes and over time expanded to include shaving brushes, for which they became famous. In the 1970s, they expanded into razors and in the 2010s into fragrances and shave soaps. Mondial is a brand associated with Italian luxury, whose brushes continued to be prized today, including a full line of badger and synthetics in a variety of handles.
Scent Description
No 908 is an intense and invigorating scent, with modest amounts of citrus and a powerful herb and spice heart. Lime and basil add a green, herbal sweetness, fleshed out by pine, vetiver and cedar. However, the main accords are spicy and come through almost curry-esque, with strong hints of cumin, cardamom, and black pepper. No 908 is a spice melange which will transport you to the markets of South Asia and is sure to get to you noticed. As an assertive scent it may not be for the office, and may also lack some of the allure of other date night favorites.
