Aqua Velva Classic Ice Blue
Aqua Velva
Aqua Velva was introduced in 1917 by the JB Williams Company, one of the oldest soap and shaving product companies in the USA. In 1935, it introduced an updated formula, Ice Blue, and in the 1970s launched Aqua Velva Musk followed by Ice Sport in the 1990s. In 2002, the Aqua Velva brand was sold to Combe, who again sold it to Helen of Troy Ltd. in 2009. The most famous variant of remains the iconic Ice Blue fragrance, which can be found throughout supermarkets, drug stores, and convenience stores today and has become a staple of wetshavers in the USA.

Scent Description
Aqua Velva Ice Blue is a blast of citrusy, sweet, freshness which screams "clean". The Ice in the Blue is menthol which adds actual coolness to the fresh scent. It shares many of the notes of a classic fougere such as Bergamot, Lavendar, and Oakmoss, and like a fougere is complex and herby, but with a slightly sweeter profile supported by powdery undertones. Although synonymous with "Drugstore Aftershaves", Aqua Velva Ice Blue is an affordable fragrance with a time-honored tradition which remains beloved by wet shavers across America. A great choice for everyday wear, whether home or the office.
